STEP 1:

Click the “My” button in the upper right corner of the WINBOX menu, and then you can find “Customer Service”

STEP 2:

Click on the “Service Desk” icon

STEP 3:

Click “Customer Service” in the lower right corner of the icon

STEP 4:

Choose your “question type” and choose your language, and then start a conversation with the customer specialist.

STEP 5:

Select “Top up & Withdraw / recharge and withdrawal problems”

STEP 6:

Select the language you want and click “Start the Chat” to contact customer service
